Your stories live on your own devices first. If something goes wrong with the app or a subscription, your recordings, photos, and text are not at risk; they stay in the app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

When you write in, include the device you are using, the iOS or macOS version, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps. Never include the private text or audio of a story; we do not need it and will not ask for it.
